Minocqua Sport Rentals

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY – MUST BE 21 TO RENT

• Reservations require a major credit card to hold the reservation. Final payment will be due at pickup time. Failure to show or call to cancel a reservation will result in the card on file being charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. All rentals require a signed rental agreement upon pickup.
• Weekend packages start at 10:00 am and end at 1:00 pm for your 2.5 days.
• Pickup for all other snowmobile rentals will be between 9:00 am and 10:00 am.
• The renter assumes all responsibility for the equipment and promises to return such equipment to Minocqua Sport Rentals in as good condition as it was at the effective date of rental. Accrued rental cannot be applied against the purchase price or the cost of repairs of any damaged or lost equipment.
• All equipment lost or damaged beyond repair will be paid for by the renter at the regular replacement price, and all damaged equipment that may need repair will be repaired by Minocqua Sport Rentals.
• Our labor rate is $95.00.
• The renter may not attempt any repairs on snowmobiles.
• If our sleds are brought back full of salt from trailering, there will be a $50.00 cleaning fee.
• We do rent out snowmobile covers for a $25.00 one-time fee.
• We are on the snowmobile trail, so you can leave your vehicle here while renting.
• Helmet rentals are $20.00 per day.
• Heated helmets are $75.00 for the weekend.
• All our sleds have the plug-in for electric shields.
• Snowmobile suits are $30.00 per day, including bibs and a jacket.
• One-time gas and oil charge of $50.00; the reason for this is because 1 quart of oil is $15.00 and 10 gallons of premium fuel come out to be $55.00. We fill our sleds with premium and don't want customers filling our sleds with ethanol fuel. We also service the sleds on their sides and don't want fuel leaking on our floor, so please bring back the sleds empty on gas. So you will get the sled full of premium gas and oil when you leave, and you will not need to bring it back full.

• CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION START DATE WILL INCUR A $50.00 PLUS TAX NON-REFUNDABLE FEE.
• CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR RESERVATION START DATE WILL BE CHARGED THE ENTIRE COST OF THE FIRST-DAY RENTAL PLUS TAX, NON-REFUNDABLE.
